This page explains how to make a data protection complaint to DUAA Compliance.
How to make a data protection complaint
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, contact us using this route:
Email duaa@weboost.co.uk with the subject Data protection complaint and include the details needed to review your concern.
Please include your name, contact details, what happened, and what outcome you are looking for. Do not send more personal information than is needed to explain the issue.
What happens after you complain
We will acknowledge receipt of your data protection complaint within 30 days. We will then make appropriate enquiries, review the relevant information, and keep you informed without undue delay.
How we investigate and respond
Because we may handle sensitive client information, we take data protection complaints seriously and will limit access to complaint details to people who need it to review and respond.
We may ask you for more information if we need it to understand or investigate the complaint. We will tell you the outcome of our review without undue delay.
If you remain unhappy
If you remain unhappy after our response, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office. The ICO is the UK regulator for data protection.
We are reviewing whether ICO registration applies to our business.
This hosted page publishes the complaints process only. It does not collect complaint contents. Complaints should be sent to the contact route shown above and handled by DUAA Compliance.
